Gracie Jiu-Jitsu

Not only will I be posting videos on technique but I will also bring some of the history of jiu-jitsu to you as well. I am a firm believer that learning about the history of a martial art will help you in your training. Learning about the people before us and their training will help you as you move foward in your pursuit to jiu-jitsu greatness.
