I would start off with reverse lunges, ju...Justin, <br />I would start off with reverse lunges, just using bodyweight for right now. I would also start squatting. You don't have to go heavy on the weight but I would squat wide and use your hamstrings and glutes. I would also add in Bulgarian Split squats, it's like a lunge with one leg up on a bench. I would stay away from plyometrics at the beginning because of the impact but I would add those in later on as yu get stronger.
